MA CE N'EST PAS COURRÈGES AND MORE AND MORE DAISIES

 

 

If only daisies could grow all year long... But the Spring is in the air!

 

Flowers and colours are to me the synonyms of fantastic energy. Always positive.

Always bringing smile. Something I can not live without and something that describes me best.

Therefore one day, when I took this baby pink, soft and delicate fur felt, I immediately knew

how it should look like. The daisies- as I call my flowers- are just adorable and I love them absolutely. One even blooms on my logo of Lallu Chic.

 

My pink bucket hat one day blossomed with daisies cut from the softest, most beautiful

alpaca from Peru. I find the combination of these two colours very fresh and really chic and classy.

And there is a funny thing that happened just a few days later when I was googling something

on the internet. A coincidence that made me think how it happened but untill today I did not find the explanation. A black Prada coat with white daisies suddenly "jumped" to my eyes from the screen. The name Courrèges was mentioned in the text below the photo and suddenly more and more

of my daisies started to pop up as it could have been almost taken for the invasion-

no matter how funny it sounds now.

And that is how I learned about Monsieur André Courrèges and his fashion house

Maison de Couture which he opened in 1961 in Paris. In one of his collections- most of which were influenced by architecture, new technology, modernism and futurism- he presented my beloved daisies! Daisies, daisies everywhere!

That is how my hat got its name "MA CE N'EST PAS COURRÈGES". 

Quite opposite to how it usually happens. This time the hat was first.

"MA CE N'EST PAS COURRÈGES" was custom ordered in few other colour combinations-

black and white of course, grey and red, anthracite and light grey and really nice khaki and fuhsia,

but my original version of the colour combination I love the most.

If you have time- read about André Courrèges. Worth a while and always a nice stop for the

Gdyby tylko stokrotki mogły kwitnąć rok cały...

Kwiaty i kolory są dla mnie synonimem fantastycznej energii. Zawsze pozytywnej.

Zawsze wywołującej uśmiech. Czymś bez czego żyć nie potrafię i czymś co opisuje mnie najlepiej.

I kiedy pewnego dnia wzięłam do ręki ten mięciutki, delikatny filc z włosia królika w przepięknym kolorze baby pink, widziałam natychmiast jak będzie wyglądał kolejny kapelusz z mojej kolekcji.

Stokrotki- bo tak nazywam te moje kwiatki- są tak urocze i wielbię je tak bardzo, że jedna z nich kwitnie nawet na logo Lallu Chic.

 

 

 

I tak mój kapelusz- przez niektórych zwany "abażurem" a przeze mnie "wiaderkiem"- dnia pewnego okwiecony został mnóstwem stokrotek wyciętych z najdoskonalszej alpaki z Peru.

Taka kombinacja kolorystyczna jest według mnie niezwykle świeża, ma klasę i jest po prostu chic.

A kilka dni później zdarzyła się rzecz zabawna. Zbieg okoliczności, którego do dzisiaj wyjaśnić chyba nie potrafię. Przeglądając coś w google, nagle z ekranu "wyskoczyły" mi moje stokrotki na czarnym płaszczyku Prada, a w opisie poniżej pojawiło się nazwisko Courrèges. I nagle setki stokrotek zaczęły pojawiać się tu i tam, co wyglądało niemal jak inwazja.

Jakkolwiek zabawnie to brzmi.

 

 

Tak oto dowiedziałam się o Panu André Courrèges i jego domu mody Maison De Couture,

który otworzył w roku 1961 w Paryżu. W jednej ze sowich kolekcji, których większość inspirowana była architekturą, nowymi technologiami, modernizmem i futuryzmem, Pan Courrèges zaprezentował sukienki w stokrotki. Stokrotki, stokrotki i jeszcze więcej stokrotek.

I oto jak mój kapelusz dostał swe imię "MA CE N'EST PAS COURRÈGES".

Zupełnie odwrotnie niż to się dzieje zazwyczaj. Tym razem kapelusz był pierwszy.

"MA CE N'EST PAS COURRÈGES" powstał na zamówienie w kilku innych kombinacjach kolorystycznych- czarno- białej oczywiście, szaro- czerwonej, antracytowo- szarej i bardzo pięknej khaki- fuksowej ale oryginalny, pierwszy zestaw kolorystyczny lubię najbardziej.

Jeśłi znajdziecie chwilę- przeczytajcie o André Courrèges. Warto. Szczególnie dla tych, którzy kochają modę i wszystko co z nią związane. Bliźniaczy kapelusz na ostatnim zdjęciu nazywa się
